When a handmade log house is finished, it is numbered, disassembled and made ready for shipping. The codes are applied and the basic dimensions are precisely recorded on paper. The logs are bundled in pairs to enable loading and auxiliary materials such as dowels and rebate slats are added.
Packages with modern factory logs are packed with thick plastic foil and shipped.
The delivery date will be determined in consultation with you, usually falling on a Monday or Tuesday. This is due to the ferry times and driving times throughout Europe. You will be kept informed of the expected arrival time via WhatsApp.

It is important to know what the situation is at the unloading address and whether large packages can be unloaded there or only in small packages with light equipment. In general, packages are presented unloaded at the construction site, which means that equipment for unloading must be arranged by the client. Of course, we can also arrange this for you in consultation.
